Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales team. This role focuses on managing sales administration, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring smooth operational processes to support our showroom and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives with lead management, follow-ups, and documentation

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and internal communications

• Coordinate customer appointments, test drives, and sales events

• Assist with inventory management and tracking vehicle availability

• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities with administrative tasks

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses

• Maintain showroom documentation, pricing sheets, and internal records

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and professional standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or customer service (preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
