实习周期 Duration:3-6个月; 3-6 months
岗位职责 | Responsibilities
协助外籍员工入职及离职流程,包括签证申请、社保登记、税务注册等手续;
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of foreign employees, including visa documentation, social insurance registration, and tax ID setup跟进员工市政注册、银行开户、健康保险等日常行政事务;
Follow up on municipal registration, bank account opening, health insurance and other administrative processes;面试安排/翻译,维护员工人事档案,协助更新员工信息系统;
Interview arrangement/Translate, maintain employee records and assist with HR data system updates;协助组织员工活动及执行内部行政支持事项;
Help organize employee events and provide general administrative support;协助对接本地供应商,如房东、保险公司、会计师事务所等;
Communicate with local vendors including landlords, insurance companies, and accounting firms;完成上级安排的其他任务。
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
岗位要求 | Requirements
在读或应届毕业生,人力资源、工商管理、法语、国际关系等相关专业优先;
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, French Studies, International Relations, or related fields preferred;熟练掌握中文、英文、法语,具备良好的沟通与协调能力;
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English, and French, with strong communication and coordination skills;工作细致,责任心强,学习能力强,具备良好的服务意识;
Detail-oriented, responsible, fast learner, and customer-service minded;有法国生活或学习经验,熟悉当地行政流程者优先;
Prior experience living or studying in France and familiarity with local procedures is a plus;每周可实习至少3天,优先考虑可现场到岗的候选人。
Able to work at least 3 days per week; on-site presence is preferred.
