About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant with experience in headhunting and talent sourcing to support global clients across all job levels.

Your role will focus on proactively identifying, engaging, and shortlisting candidates across multiple industries and regions. Your primary mission is to source, attract, and present top talent while maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process for clients.

What You’ll Do

✔ Identify & Source Talent at All Levels – Find the right candidates for internships, mid-level roles, and senior positions through strategic sourcing.
✔ Engage & Persuade Passive Candidates – Build relationships, pitch opportunities, and ensure high-quality candidates are interested.
✔ Shortlist & Deliver Strong Candidate Pipelines – Screen, assess, and submit pre-qualified shortlists to clients.
✔ Manage High-Value Talent Pipelines – Maintain ongoing relationships with top candidates across different industries.
✔ Provide Market Intelligence – Advise on talent trends, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.
✔ Ensure a Seamless Candidate Experience – Maintain clear, professional, and diplomatic communication throughout the process.

What You Bring

✔ 5+ years of experience in headhunting, executive search, or strategic talent sourcing.
✔ Ability to source candidates across multiple experience levels, from interns to senior executives.
✔ Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive search strategies, and market mapping.
✔ Strong ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills – ability to sell roles to top-tier candidates.
✔ A structured, process-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
✔ Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).

Meritorious Skills

➕ Experience in global recruitment and talent sourcing.
➕ Knowledge of international hiring trends & labor laws.
➕ Prior experience in executive search, staffing agencies, or high-volume sourcing environments.
