Sales Assistant Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist the SALES DEPT. in identifying leads, prospecting potential clients, and scheduling meetings or presentations.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and meetings to understand their needs and provide information about available services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain customer in CRM system, updating client information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed.
- Support SALES DEPT. to conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential new markets to help identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the events, conferences to promote the generate leads.
- Follow up with clients after sales meetings or presentations to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to SALES DEPT., including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents and materials.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written (Chinese, English) communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Swedish is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Willingness to collaborate with the sales departments and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, services, and solutions,Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a customer-focused approach is preferred but not required.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous experience, or internship in sales, customer service, or administrative support is advantageous.
Familiarity with HR industry terminology and practices is a plus.
